Information
Privacy
A clear account of the information used to handle enquiries and how it is kept.
Who we are
This website is operated by Yalla Life, a UK business. Our registered office is 14 Upper Northgate Street, Chester, CH1 4EE, United Kingdom.
Information in an enquiry
If you use the contact form, it asks for your name, email address, enquiry type and message, and lets you optionally provide a company name. It also contains a hidden website field as an abuse-prevention check; please leave it empty. See the Contact page to send an enquiry.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details solely to receive, review and respond to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in handling business and other enquiries. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing, and we do not use these form details for marketing.
Storage and access
Enquiry records are stored server-side in a Replit PostgreSQL database. Access is limited to the business owner and authorised collaborators in the workspace. Enquiries are not published or made available as a public list.
IP addresses and technical logs
An IP address may be used temporarily to help prevent abuse of the form, but it is not saved in the enquiry record. The website’s technical hosting service may keep logs that include IP addresses and other technical request information for security and reliability.
How long we keep enquiries
The retention period is pending confirmation by the business owner. No automatic deletion schedule has been configured yet, so enquiry records may remain in the database until they are deleted manually. We will update this notice when a retention period is confirmed.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), you may have rights to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object; these rights have limits and legal exceptions. You can make a request through the Contact page.
You can find guidance, or raise a concern, with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We may update this page as the business develops. The date at the end shows when it was last changed.
